We frequently say that seconds and minutes can make a difference but we do not mean it until we see or experience it ourselves. This is the perfect example of this expression that is widely used. A huge horse was blocked off the side of the road and it was difficult to be seen.
A group of cyclists in France saw it from far away but, when they got a bit closer they saw what it was: a horse that was surely about to die. The horse was stuck for a long time and it was getting weaker and weaker as time passed by.
It was a very difficult rescue, but the amazing group of cyclists finally managed to save the poor horse. They were really smart to create a rope as fast and as huge as they could find and only by using their power they were able to pull the horse.
While the horse was a bit shaken up, he was healthy and happy and certainly thankful for his human friends! Thank god that the story ended up in a positive way because as I said, it was unsure about how long would the horse be able to survive.
