Are you a motivated horse trainer who wants to get the best out of a horse but your horse is not motivated at all? Well, this horse owner comes up with a brilliant idea. Her horse felt a little lazy so she found a really great way how to motivate him.
She is keeping a carrot in front of his face and he’s trying really hard to get it, however, there is a constant distance between him and the carrot because the owner is holding it so whenever the horse and owner move, the carrot moves too.
It was such a great motivation to make him walk. Well. not too long ago, we have brought two different videos that prove that there is no better motivation than food. Do you remember the horse who managed to walk up the stairs; something that is difficult for a horse but the delicious food that was waiting for him on top of the stairs was the best incentive to make him actually climb those stairs.
Well, I don’t how professional horse trainers think about this but I actually think is a brilliant idea that has turned out to be very successful in a lot of cases. I would like to read your opinions on this topic as well.
