Bear cubs are adorable, but we’d never want to cross a mama bear when it comes to her babies. Sadly, a group of four cubs was found in a lair, beside a deceased female bear presumed to be their mama. As terrible as that beginning is, the bears are now in better care.
After they were found by a man, he took them to a horse stable to get them the proper care. The cubs are being cared for at a horse club in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia.
The circumstances around their mother’s death, and where they were actually found, are not currently disclosed, but thankfully these cubs are doing much better. When taken into care by horse club administrator Maria Tretiakova, the bears were fed from bottles containing milk and honey.
As you can see in the video below, they gobbled up every drop happily! When they’re a bit bigger and stronger, the cubs will move to a new home in a shelter in Tver Oblast.
