Dancing was long thought to be something only humans could do. When we listen to music, our bodies seem to have a mind of their own. Our arms, legs, and feet move in ways that seem very natural to us. Other times, we come up with choreography so that everyone can coordinate their dancing.
But in this case, the joy of dancing isn’t limited to humans. In some unique cases, animals enjoy this activity, too! It’s not unheard of to see a dog shaking to the beat, for example. In the clip below, prepare to be impressed by a horse’s moves.
At a festival in Austria, a crowd of people lined up for a dance, though they likely didn’t expect a horse to join them. You can see that they all move in sync. Pay close attention to the horse’s hooves: he’s so perfectly trained that he can keep the beat like the people next to him!
